Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Social Titli (a digital marketing agency) and Aryan Sharma, who jointly own and operate Rechecko ("Rechecko", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using Rechecko you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Acceptable Use Policy. If you use Rechecko on behalf of a firm, you confirm you are authorised to bind that firm, and "you" means the firm.

Rechecko is a software service that helps real-estate channel partners collect and manage leads from property portals, ad platforms, websites and file imports, and create and manage advertising campaigns on connected platforms. We may improve, change or discontinue features over time; we will give reasonable notice of changes that materially reduce the service.

• You must be at least 18 and using Rechecko for business purposes.
• Give accurate information and keep it up to date.
• Keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for everything done under your account and by team members you invite. Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.

You own the leads, content and other data you put into Rechecko ("Your Data"). You grant us a limited licence to host, process and transmit Your Data only as needed to provide and secure the service, and as you instruct (for example, publishing a campaign to a platform).

You are the Data Fiduciary for lead data and we are your Data Processor. You are responsible for having a lawful basis, including any consent required, to collect each lead, upload it, use it for advertising audiences, and contact the person — including under the DPDP Act, 2023 and TRAI's rules on commercial communications and the Do-Not-Disturb registry.

You can export or delete Your Data at any time while your account is active.

Rechecko connects to services we do not control, including Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, 99acres, MagicBricks and Housing.com. Your use of them is governed by their own terms and advertising policies, which you must follow. Ad spend is billed by those platforms directly to you. When you connect one, you authorise Rechecko to access it on your behalf as described in our Privacy Policy, and you can revoke that at any time. We are not responsible for their availability, policy decisions (such as ad rejections or account restrictions), API changes, or the results of your campaigns.

You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend access that violates it, puts the service or others at risk, or is required to be stopped by law. Where reasonable we will warn you first.

Some features may be offered for a fee. Prices, billing period and taxes (including GST) will be shown before you are charged. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We will give at least 30 days' notice of any price change for an existing paid plan.

Rechecko, including its software, design and branding, belongs to us and our licensors. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during your subscription. Do not copy, reverse engineer, resell or build a competing product from it. If you send us feedback, we may use it freely.

You can stop using Rechecko and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, or if required by law. After closure, you have 30 days to request an export of Your Data, after which we delete it as described in our Privacy Policy.

Rechecko is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee any number of leads, sales or campaign results, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or business. Our total liability arising out of these Terms in any 12-month period is limited to the greater of the fees you paid us in that period and ₹10,000. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You will defend and indemnify us against third-party claims arising from Your Data, your campaigns, your contact with leads, or your breach of these Terms or applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Before going to court, both parties will try in good faith to resolve a dispute by discussion for at least 30 days.

We may update these Terms. For material changes we will notify you by email or in the app at least 15 days before they take effect. Continuing to use Rechecko after that means you accept the updated Terms.
