Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: October 9, 2026
This policy is part of our Terms of Service and applies to every channel partner and team member using Rechecko.
1.Collecting and contacting leads
- Only upload or collect leads you have a lawful right to use, with any consent the law requires.
- Do not buy, scrape or otherwise import contact lists obtained without the individuals' consent.
- Respect opt-outs, the National Customer Preference Register (DND) and TRAI's rules on commercial communications when contacting leads.
- Delete a person's data when they ask you to, unless you are legally required to keep it.
2.Advertising
- Follow the advertising policies of every platform you publish to, including their housing and special-category ad rules.
- Do not advertise in a misleading way — for example, false prices, possession dates, approvals, amenities, or RERA registration details.
- Display your RERA registration number wherever the law requires it.
- Do not use targeting or audiences to discriminate on the basis of religion, caste, gender or other protected characteristics.
3.Using the platform
- Do not access accounts, organisations or data you are not authorised to access.
- Do not probe, scan or test the vulnerability of Rechecko without our written permission.
- Do not overload the service, circumvent rate limits, or send automated traffic beyond documented integrations.
- Do not upload malware or content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory or obscene.
- Do not resell or sublicense access to Rechecko without our agreement.
4.Enforcement
We may remove content, disable integrations, or suspend accounts that break this policy. Report misuse to [email protected]. Found a security issue? Please tell us at the same address before disclosing it publicly.
